Solution

Transporting energy storage and backup power systems required strict compliance with enhanced safety regulations, as this cargo falls under ADR Class 9 – miscellaneous dangerous substances.

Each station weighed 43 tons, so selecting the appropriate trailers, preparing securing systems, and planning loading procedures were handled individually for every unit.

The initial order included two batches delivered to separate locations. After the successful completion of these stages, the client extended cooperation — an additional two batches of four stations each were transported.

We provided:
  1. full permit acquisition and safety approvals required for ADR transport;
  2. route planning based on weight restrictions and hazardous-cargo safety standards;
  3. coordinated loading and unloading schedules with all involved parties;
  4. customs clearance and transportation supervision;
  5. real-time tracking and continuous operational monitoring.
