Solution

INITIAL CUSTOMER REQUEST FORESEE

Transportation of equipment that ensures cost-effective and sustainable electricity production.

According to the client’s preliminary calculations, transporting one unit required:
1
low-loader trailer for the generator
2
curtain-sided trucks for components
1,5
months is the expected project duration
We performed a detailed pre-analysis and proposed a more efficient approach:

Optimizing component allocation to an average of 1.5 curtain-siders per unit. This reduced the total number of trips and overall logistics cost.

The project required coordinated preparatory work, including:
  1. scheduling and confirming shipment dates with the manufacturer,
  2. timely arrangement of all necessary permits,
  3. organizing civil pilot escort,
  4. planning phased deliveries to avoid downtime,
  5. full-stage control — documentation, loading, route supervision, unloading.

A key success factor was the client’s timely coordination of shipments at the production plant, which ensured a steady delivery rhythm and prevented delays.

We also synchronized logistics with the client’s operational schedule so that each unit arrived exactly when it could be immediately put into operation.

This eliminated downtime and further optimized costs (reducing the plan from 45 to 38 trips).

Result

Over the course of one month, we completed 38 trips in 4 batches. All cogeneration units were delivered safely and on time.

The client received:
  1. cost optimization (38 trips instead of 45),
  2. shortened delivery timeline (1 month instead of 1.5),
  3. uninterrupted operation of critical processes,
  4. a proven reliable logistics partner for large-scale industrial projects.
